Served in an Ohio State shaker pint glass.
When this bottle Breaks... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear straw topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises lemon peel, mild greenery, light grass, and a twinge of a backbone of nondescript bread. The taste brings in more of the same, the lemon taking on a distinct must, and a healthy amount of grass tossed in for good measure. This does lead, though, to a slightly too-bitter finish. The body is hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a relatively light, mild, and pleasant little beer. Not bad, really.
