Poured from a growler and into a red solo cup Toby Keith style.

Alright now, Raul's homie brought this to the "big game" (Raul does not want to pay royalties) shindig and the main man is feeling it quite well. Has a nice lil malt backbone like shamu doing a triple lutz. Yeah, not bad.

It's not spectacular like Jennifer Connelly in the 90's, but it will do.

Churchill's Pub & Grille

Light amber and golden in color. Thin near-white collar of sticky foam. Lined lacing down the glass. Gorgeous.

Floral and mild citrus hop character in the aroma. Everything comes together very nice. There's also some mild pine character.

Well balanced, yet still hoppy. Moderate bitterness, floral, mild citrus, and pine flavors from the hops, backed up by a decent, bready backbone. Very drinkable.

Medium bodied with near-high carbonation.

Would happily kill a growler of this.

Lovely golden amber color in the New Belgium snifter. From the growler filled at the brewpub in Solana Beach. The hops, according to the brew pub board, are Simcoe and the Falconer's Flight 7 C's hop blend. IBUs are rated at 66.

Really nice fragrance of flowery hops. All the hop flavors, resins, pine, and floral with a moderate bitterness. Pleasant malty base with the sharp hoppy oils swirling on top. Light bodied, effervescent, sparkly, and spicy. A sophisticated sort of hoppy brew that avoids the extremes and makes for a bitter but drinkable quaff. One of the better IPAs I've had this year, along with the Black IPA from Culture.
