Had on tap at Prague Beer Museum on my last trip last spring, from my notes.

Nice creamy head, 1 finger, nice lacing, hazy orange amber color.

Nose nice floral tropical hops, fairly fresh probably helpful that I'm drinking it here instead of in U.S. (if it imports), light citrus, hint grapefruit and pineapple surprsingly, hint resin, light lemon zest and citrus rind, hint of amber malts.

Taste refreshing, light amber malts, slight sweetness but mostly dry, tons of grapefruit pith and citrus rind, lemon zest, etc, hint of passion fruit and resin. Finish is more bitter, fairly dry, slight astringent bitterness, more grapefruit pith and juicy citrus.

Mouth si med bod, nice carb.

Overall, quite nice. For a Czech made American IPA surprisingly good.

From a 750ml bottle into a tulip pint glass.

A: Pours an on the dark side amber color with a nice thick, white, dense, head which left good lacing. Head retention was adequate. There is light visible activity.
S: Hops up front; grapefruit, some pineapple, followed by good bready maltiness.
T: Hops, but not as intense as expected. The hop taste follows the aroma; grapefruit dominant. Moderately bitter, smooth build, with a lightly dry finish. There is a solid malt backbone. The bitterness hangs nicely.
M: Good body for this beer, on the thicker side for the style. Nice and smooth, and coats the mouth very well.
