Tap at Pivovarsky Klub

Hazy golden body. Typical. Persistent white head that lasts throughout the half liter.

Biscuity/bready malt and a bright orange and tangerine hopiness to it.

A little but of bitterness from the citrusy hops hits the tongue. Definitely not hoppy by American standards. Very nice though. Sort of delivers over the malt flavor which is still hefty and lingers nicely with the biscuit.

Fairly dry and light- medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Just ordered this blind because it looked unfiltered from someone else's pour. Good call on my part. Highly recommended when in the Czech Rep. (615 characters)

Had on tap at Pivovarsky Klub from my trip to Prague a while back, reviewed from my notes. This was labelled as "unfiltered pale lager" of 12.5°

A: Big creamy 2+ fingered head fades slwoly, nice notched lacing, hazy wheat orange color.

N: Wheat galore, toasty cracked wheat, straw, earthy raw wheat, light lager aromas, hint of sulfur, light grassy chewy slightly earthy hops.

T: More cracked straw, big wheat, toasty with fresh grainy straw and hay, earthy hay, hint of citrus, mild lager flavors, some grassy slight chewy and hint citrus hops. F: semi sweet sitcky, more grainy straw malts, light spicy hops.

M: Med bod, nice fluffy carb.

O: Not bad, decent, just a hint of sulfur, nice wheat though. (708 characters)
