Clear golden pour with a small white head and medium carbonation. Aroma is very grainy with wheat standing out. Taste follows those nose with a lot of grain (wheat, barley, yeast) upfront. Light bodied and crisp. Good but just a basic lager.

When one of the nice folks at Pinthouse hands you that tall pilsner glass full of Burro's Breakfast Mexican Lager, it just inspires drooling. It has that "Oh yeah, I am gonna quench your thirsty, baby" color to it, golden crispy beauty. The head is light and fluffy white.

You bring it to you nose, not too much action. Its a lager, what do you expect.

When it hits the jowls, it tastes like it looks. You get crisp, kinda a slight toasted barly bite. Its the kind of bite just makes sense on a hot muggy day and you are thirsty. Its has a great body to it and its not too rich, so it goes down the pipes a little too easy. On the backend, I want to say there is a little subtle spice, just a pinch of heat? Just a going-away present for that sip you just took.
