A-poured a two fingers thick eggshell-colored head into a tulip glass. The body is a bright amber color.
S-rye, some sweetness, slight hoppiness.
T-piney with a spicy finish.
M-medium, coating, nice carbonation levels.
O-delicious and quaffable. Not quite terrapin or good people's rye but it more than holds its own.

Can from free beer week contest. Thanks! Pours clear golden with a fluffy two finger white head. Really beautiful. Sweet candied citrus aroma, light grass, a small hint of pine, and even smaller bit of rye spice notes on the smell. Flavor starts with light malts and a hit of bitter, and then it just falls off. Bland bitterness and really dirty unpleasant finish on this. Really unfortunate. Light bodied with medium plus plus carbonation. Everything about this beer is excellent except the most important part: flavor. What happened. Still drinkable and I think this can be fixed, but strange off flavors in the aftertaste here.
