Review from notes taken at Fort Myers Brewing taproom on 6/7/13. Poured on draft into a shaker pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a light straw yellow color with a 1 finger snow white head. Nice lacing.
Smell: Sweet grain with floral notes in the background. Very nice aroma.
Taste: Typical sweet pilsner malt throughout. There is a touch of mildly bitter hops in the mix as well. Aftertaste is very light.
Mouthfeel: Light-to-medium-bodied with a decent amount of carbonation.
Drinkability: Excellent drinkability. This is a perfect beer for a hot summer day.
Overall: Very good beer overall. I would argue that this should be the flagship beer for Fort Myers Brewing. It's a very simple beer that is light, refreshing and, unlike typical BMC beers, actually quite good. I would definitely recommend this one.
Serving type: on-tap
