Our flagship IPA has a brilliant citrus flavor and aroma thanks to a generous amount of Pacific Northwest Hops which include Cascade and Zeus (plus a few others we'd rather not divulge!). The hops are rounded out with a solid malt background leaving a clean finish. Available in bottles, cans and draft which makes it the perfect beer to take with you on any outdoor excursions, enjoy at home or on tap in our tasting room and many other local watering holes!

The appearance has a hazy brown body, just a film of a white head, lightly foamy white lacing. The smell has hops and caramel malts up front, and just a bit of mint coming out (different for most AIPA’s I’ve had but acceptable) The taste is sweeter than most AIPA’s, perhaps because of the mint that’s coming out, caramel aftertaste, sticky finish. The palate is a light to medium, sessionable, carbonation seems a bit under than most AIPA’s, but still acceptable to me. Overall, I say still an AIPA, but a bit different, way to stand out Baranof, not sure where that mint is comin’ from, but I’d have this again.

Good all around IPA. Drank out of a 22oz bomber. Had a metallic flavor from what I would assume was transferred from cap to bottle. Was in a hotel and didn't have a glass, so I poured some into a paper coffee cup and was much more drinkable. Medium hoppy burst with some citrus and floral aroma/tastes. Mildly malty and a good bitter bite at the end. I recommend giving this one a shot.

Hazy red-orange body, creamy white head. Smells like berries and citrus. Tasted malty sweet and then some bitter citrus and almost a hint of pickle juice. Good feel for the style here. Not crazy about this IPA. Good to see more Alaskan beer getting out there though.

Thick creamy tan head. good retention, good lacing. Thick opaque orange/amber body.
Some sweet citrus smell comes out, floral and grains. Almost an engine oil/paint thinner burn in the back that's a little disconcerting, but not quite as offputting as one would expect.
Bitter green hops and grains. Floral and a bit of evergreen. A touch of grass and a sweet finish.
Interesting and difficult to pin down. Glad my brother brought it back down from AK with him.
