630ml bottle from hawker stall in Chinatown, Singapore (SGD$5.00):
Slightly orange looking, orange amber colour with a foamy, very white looking head that is about a quarter of a centimetre tall. This soon settles to a thin lacing across the top.
Bitter malts and a few grassy hops with some basic adjuncts that are pretty bitter on the nose for a pale lager. There is some corn as well and a touch of skunk towards the end.
Bitter with and with some strong malts and a bit of barely that had a darker than expected taste for the style. There is some corn and adjuncts with a bitter aftertaste.
Light & with aggressive carbonation levels and a slightly gassy feel. There is a lot of bitterness in this one and it comes with quite a strong aftertaste as well.
Too gassy, a little too bitter and didn't have much going for it in the way of redeeming features. Definitely a tough beer to get through when your stuck with a 630ml bottle in the tropical heat, knowing that it won't be long before it gets too warm to drink.

Can from a shop in Ho Chi Minh. From notes.
A - Poured golden and bright. Strong carbonation and a two finger white head that faded fast to a cap. No lace or retention.
S - Herbal hop, grassy, sweet grain. Not bad for the style. Hop note was nice, but the sweet and grainy notes were the dominant features as per the usual.
T - Sweet grain, herbal, milder than the aroma but nicer. Clean graininess.
M - Good carbonation, clean finish, light to medium body.
O/D - For the style it seemed to be done well. Easy to drink and enough decent flavour while doing well to stay away from that adjunct nastiness. It does what it wants to do, and does it well. Certainly one of the least offensive of the style I've had.
