Great small out of the way place to enjoy some real fine beer in high demand. Hit it in the early evening and a few of the brewers are usually sitting around to discuss if you like. They were nice to answer my questions. Nice outdoor deck too! Coolest flight paddles I have encountered.

You get your beer served in a appropriate glass, even if you walk around with it!!!!

Yellow Springs is located just outside the quaint "down town " of Yellow Springs. It's in a warehouse area...and is sort of run down on the outside. Inside is a vibrant tap room. Not very bad as compared to other tap rooms...but layed out nicely so you can at least find a spot to par-take. All the beers I tried were solid. The people behind the bar were friendly and willing to help out. The selection was somewhat limited....only six of their own beers on tap.

Yellow Springs is a pretty cool town and this brewery fits right in with the vibe of the town. A few of their beers are really good. The taproom is cool and the staff are always friendly. If you're really lucky, Dave Chappelle might be enjoying a beer with you. He lives in town.

Really enjoy visiting this little brewery in my backyard. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are excellent and the service is below none. Great job on creating a balanced atmosphere!

Very, very surprised how many people were here when we showed on a late autumn afternoon. Waited in line 20 minutes to get a couple flights. Both my and my brother's flights had incorrect beers poured. Oh well...life goes on. Overall decent beers, but nothing amazing. Dayton beer scene was better than you would expect.

Located right on the bike path just outside of downtown Yellow Springs. The beers I tried were just average. The saison was not good at all. No real food served. Sat at the bar and had friendly service. Nice, newer, clean place, but comes off as rather touristy. Not bad I guess, but not a place I am longing to return to.

A quiet place with good atmosphere, the pub is small but brings in a nice crowd. Yellow Springs is a cool town and the brewery fits nicely. Relatively new, their selection is small but growing, tried their IPA and their double and enjoyed both. Definitely returning soon.

Vibe: The taproom has the feel of an industrial warehouse but is decorated with a lot of bright artwork to fit in with the town's artsy nature. There's a bar, some stand up tables, and half a dozen sit down tables. A deck in the back overlooks a bike trail. If you don't take a tour of the brewery, you can get a glimpse of it when you visit the bathroom. Snifter glasses made for interesting holders for scented candles on the tables.
Quality: Beers were served at the proper temperature using a variety of glassware (pint glasses for most beers and snifter glasses for ones with a higher alcohol content).
Service: I didn't sit at the bar, but ordering beers was pretty quick because they had a designated area at the end of the bar for ordering (similar to what you see for areas reserved for waiters and waitresses serving tables, except that there were no wait staff except for the bartenders).
Selection: Four beers were available on-tap and represented a good mix of styles (English Mild, Dunkelweizen, Pumpkin Ale, Oatmeal Stout). Flights were available.
Food: Free pretzels are available for munching on and bags of chips are available for purchase.
Value: Beers were really inexpensive and ranged from $4.50-$5.00 for a glass and $5.00 for a flight.
