A Blended Belgian-style beer aged in wine barrels with white peaches and apricots added. Delightfully tart and fruity, complex from the unique mix of wild yeast and helpful bacteria, a beer for sipping.

This is a stone fruit, dried apricot orgy. It’s the perfect balance of tart and sweet, good oaky backbone, and dry vinous finish. Absolutely lives up to the hype and the hunt.

One of the best beers I've ever had. Peaches are tart and apricots are perfect compliment to add fruity sweetness to the beer. Not terribly sour, but enough that it is not a subtle beer. Nose on this beer is unbelievable true.
