-extremely clear with a light amber color. Atop this is a tight white head that sticks around a good bit
-the nose is what stuck out the most. Super floral hops just blasts the nostrils and does not let up. After it sits for a bit you can get some malt sweetness in there as well
-wow. This is pretty crazy. There is a big tropical fruitiness flavor that develops from all the hops. This beer is very balanced though and is not really bitter at all, just extremely tasty
-good body on this one, but not overly sticky for the abv level. Very smooth as well which makes sense with the malt bill
-this really is right up there with the best "3IPAs". Anytime you can match extremely big hops and extremely big malts in a beer like this and still come off as an IPA as opposed to a big sloppy, sticky barleywine type mess is astounding to me
Serving type: growler
