Big thanks to pollox87 for this one - I got a chance to try this at a tasting a month ago and just HAD to get a bottle for myself.
The beer's only unimpressive aspect is the way it looks - it pours a nondescript clear yellowish-orange, but with a nice white head. Once you inhale the glorious aromas, this beer is all amazing the rest of the way. The beer has that glorious open hops smell that makes your mouth water with hints of pineapple. If the smell doesn't reel you in, the taste is where this beer shines. The beer is an incredible balance of fresh hops, citrus flavors and a little bit of sweetness with some nice bready malt flavor to back it up - just perfect. Oftentimes DIPAs this big can be syrupy, but this one is far from it, it's got a nice body which really presents the beer well.
Overall, this beer is flat-out fantastic, it's ridiculously smooth and easy to drink for being 11% (I drank a bomber pretty quickly and could've easily downed another). It's super hoppy, but there are so many other flavors to balance out the hops that the incredible balance makes this one of the best DIPAs out there.
