Thanks to DarthKostrizer for this bonus! 22oz brown glass pry-top. No date to be found.
Pours a crystal clear pale orange with sudsy white head. Looks like a lager, frankly.
Nose is great though, big piney, grapefruit-y hops, a little saw dust or freshly hewn boards, some wild flowers and a bit of white pepper. Great nose.
Palate is light light light and crisp with some solid, refreshing hop bitterness. Pale malt, a little honey undertone and then big chewy flavor from the Simcoe and Amarillo.
Light, crisp and refreshing. A damn fine single IPA. Doesn't overreach, but also delivers on hop goodness. Nicely done.
