22oz bottle poured into a pint
A: Pours a very clean, golden color. Very thin white head, with little retention.
S: A sharp bitter citrus aroma. Lemon and grapefruit mainly. A piney sharpness from the hops.
T: Really nice bitter hop flavor. Resinous and sharp. The bitterness dominates, with just a little bit of citrus to cut it. Nice!
M: Fairly light bodied, with crisp carbonation. A slightly oily texture with a dry finish.
O: This beer has all my favorite aspects of an IPA. Bitter, crisp, with a dry finish. I could drink this one over and over.
