A - Looks just as nice and clean as every other Alpine beer. A light, golden orange color.
S - Beautiful floral, foresty, and citrus hops aroma -- I couldn't stop inhaling it. The pine and pineapple notes scream West Coast style IPA.
T - Big hops as expected and a bit of bready spice on the front end, but the back end fails to impress. Not much there.
M - Not bad but a little watery... doesn't hold up like other Alpine brews.
D - The thin quality adds to the drinkability, though it detracts elsewhere. As good as almost anything I can think of for a hot summer day, which is impressive at 6.75%.
Great beer, but somehow not top-shelf by Alpine's standards. Their fault for setting the bar so damned high.

A: Pours more of a gold color but when resting in the glass it is gold with a slight orange hue, leaves a frothy head that takes awhile to vanish, leaves some nice lacing on the glass as well
S: A perfect balance of pine, tropical fruits, grapefruit, slightly sweet malts, and a hint of bitterness, fantastic smell to this brew.
T: Up front you get a lovely greeting of pine sand grapefruit mixed, then it transitions to those lovely tropical fruits, and finishes with a perfectly balanced mix along with the perfect amount of bitterness. This beer is so well balanced and flavorful, it is absolutely outstanding!
M: Superb mouthfeel, so light crisp and refreshing, leaves your mouth a little dry which leaves you begging for more! So drinkable as well!
O: This beer is phenomenal! Get your hands on it!

Poured this 22 oz, undated bottle into a Spiegelau glass. The body was crystal clear and copper in color. The head was white and foamy, it left speckles of lace.
The smell was so vivid! Citrus and wet hay. Peppery. Dried pineapples. A little sweaty. Lime peel. Leafy, organic hops. yum.
The taste was of citrus and pine. Green, grassy, fresh hops. Slightly sweet with an aspirin-like bitterness. Stone fruit flavors in the middle with a nice lingering bitterness in the finish. Classic.
The body was medium and the carbonation was moderate.
