Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a foamy white head. Aroma is of grapefruit and grass mostly.
Flavor is full of citrus. There is tangerine and grapefruit. The hops are also floral. There is a light, bready sweetness hidden in the background. There is a nice bitterness here. This is a pretty light IPA in body but not flavor. Its incredibly easy drinking, especially at 7%, which is completely unnoticed.

I’m glad to say that this, my first taste of an Alpine beer, lived up to the hype.
It pours a golden-tan with exceptional clarity. I get a great citrus aroma and some light piney notes. There’s a lively citrus flavor and a light bittering on it. I enjoyed this repeatedly when I found it on tap. An all around well done IPA that hits all the right notes.
