Growler. Pours a clear copper with a one finger white head that has good retention and leaves some light lacing on the glass. Aroma is dank with a bit of pine as well as a hint of orange and some caramel. The taste is dry and dank. There's a bit of pine as well as a hint of grapefruit and some caramel. The finish is dry with quite a bit of bitterness. Medium body. Medium-low carbonation.

A: 4.5 Clear, golden yellow with a pretty large, off white head
S: 4.5 Lots of hops. Dank, grass, pine, citrus, and some earthy aromas.
T: 4.5 Very little sweetness. Mostly just hops and similar characteristics as the nose. A bit of bitterness at the end.
M: 4.5 Really smooth and easy to drink. Carbonation is just right and the little bit of dryness at the end goes well with the slight bitterness, making you want more.
O:4.5 Great IPA. Amazing how much flavor there is for a single IPA. Has a lot of the same flavors, aromas, and balance as DIPAs (enjoy by, Pliny, etc.), but it's lighter, less malty, and easier to drink.
Serving type: on-tap
