A-Bright copper with a reddish tint. Thin white head holds n well and leave spotty lace.
S-Exactly like a bowl of sour cherries. Not much else to say other than that!
T-Stinging, tart, sour cherries. A light twang of oak and balsamic vinegar in the finish, Certainly sour but not super tart.
M-Light bodies with long lingering sour flavours. Nice oak astringency in the finish too.
D-Nice and tart, well done. A lambic made as well as thier hoppy beers....the accomplished brewmaster never ceases to amaze me! Well done Alpine!
