Premium malts, whole-cone hops and yeast are selected to elaborate this forgotten Ale. The malts and the hops used balanced out for a mild bitterness and create a beer that is pale gold color with a unique taste and aroma. This beer pairs well with any food, however, its refreshing and dry finish is perfect with seafood and tapas. Welcome to the world of artisan beers… Have a blonde!

Finally found a local craft beer here on the island, and it's both unique and very tasty. More than expected for a beer called no more than "blonde". Yeasty in appearance, almost chunky, entirely unrefined to the eye, heady though, very light, glassy shiny, and appealing still. Smells like cereal and straw, pale malt leading the way is real fresh, maybe a pinch of white wheat too. More hops than anticipated as well, it's grassy with a hint of lemon and a green tea sort of vegetable bitterness as it finishes. The taste matches the nose real well, and I am surprised to see such layering in simple blonde ale, it has a lot going on, and although it feels a little watery in body, it's lightness also helps cut the famous heat and humidity here, so I don't see it as a flaw so much. This has me thirsty for others of their beers, especially their IPA. Hopefully I can find them around a little bit, but it's been tough to track down beer from any of the several local craft producers here. Anybody know where to find more??

Presentation: 22 oz. brown bottle with the bottled on date printed on the label.

Appearance: Clear bright gold color, with a very thin half finger head that goes away fairly quickly.

Smell: It has a sweet malt and cereal smell that's subtle but very pleasant and balanced.

Taste: It's very sweet and just like the nose full of malt and cereal grain. It's not complex or overly interesting, but very good nevertheless.

Mouthfeel: It's light bodied, easy to drink and very refreshing.

Overall: A very refreshing and tasty beer. It's not complex or mindblowing but very well made and a great introduction to craft beer for those who don't have a palate for it.
