As the name suggests, this place comes across as wine-centric first and foremost--be it on social media, their website, or even in person.

However, their beer collection may be small but is quite extensive, encompassing limited beers from around the country and the world, with a solid local selection as well. Their draft list is really high quality and quite limited as well.

They've set up a simplistic but very cool interior that's not too huge but still spacious, chill and clean. It's a nice place to hang for a glass while checking out some wines or beers, but you can also bring in your own food and throw a little private party or order some nice cheeses. And, oh yeah, it doesn't hurt my score that we got to try some VSOJ from this place! Really?! Hell yeah!

Stop in sporadically because it's the closest watering hole to my house. Taps are very good with an occasional surprising gem. Growler prices are a bit high imo but Cleveland Heights bends small businesses over pretty hard. Bottle selection is very good; I can often find singles that I can't find elsewhere. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Occasionally they have vertical tastings or feature brewers. Went to an Expedition Stout vertical for four years which I thought was reasonably priced for generous pours. Plus they promote local breweries. I'm a fan.

Tons of single bottles, which is great if you want to try a bunch of stuff. However, they do mark up the singles. At least 1 beer I was looking at was marked up by 75 cents per beer. I'm used to 25-50 cent mark ups if any.

They don't carry tons of flagship stuff (they do have some) but tend to lean towards local and unique beers.

They also have a pretty outstanding tap selection. They get lots of great local taps that you don't see everywhere.

They have one of the more friendly staffs in the area. Always willing to help and generally approach you to see if they can but aren't pushy.

Stopped by here the other day. They have an amazing wine selection, but let me tell you this is beer geek heaven! Tons of singles, bombers, Three Floyds, Mikkeller, vintage beers, 4 things on tap. The staff is super helpful to. Definitely found my new beer stop when I’m on the east side.
