Orange amber with a thin eggshell blanket.
Pungent, dank and catty hop aromas are in combat with a fruitier, Trix like hop and malt background.
Flavor is buttery and bitter, with toffee, and tangerine hops.

Pours with little head. Smell is a bit boozy. Taste is the same. A bit boozy, but with a good hop presence. This would age to a very good barleywine.

Sits a bit heavy for me, almost as if the malt presence is too heavy or dark. Doesn't let the hops shine through the way an elite IPA does. Sticky as hell. Perhaps not in a great way. Overall I thought it was good but def could use some Tweeking. It's very sweet~

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no canning date. Pours very hazy deep orange amber color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, pine, caramel, toast, biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good complexity of citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, toast, toffee, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, toast, toffee, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity of citrus/tropical hops with nearly balanced malt sweetness; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a fairly creamy, smooth, and moderately slick/sticky mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is fairly well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice DIPA. Good complexity of citrus/tropical hops and fairly balanced malt sweetness; and very smooth to sip on for the ABV. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Poured a dark, dark orange (almost copper), slightly hazy. The taste and smell is earthy, piney, citrus with a super hop blast. The beer is smooth across the tongue with a strong bitterness throughout each sip (which is almost numbing on the tongue). It is a medium bodied too. Decent but not great.
