330ml bottle into a pint glass. Coding no help in determining age.
Looks very good in the glass. Deep dark clear burgundy brown body. Decent cream colored head persists in good form throughout leaving a spider's web of lacing.
Nice aroma as well. Malty, with a little dark fruit thrown in.
On tasting, clean, malty, good roast without and burn.
Mouth above medium, finish finely roasted malt with a light sweet-tart dark stone fruit note.
Overall, very clean and nice brown ale. No aftertaste. Would certainly have again.

Spectacular label and bottlecap-- where does that fit in the rating system?
Deep brown and opaque with a thin light brown head. Lovely roasted malt nose.
Starts sweet but some bitterness is present. Smooth and sweet aftertaste. Dangerous.

Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a damn near black color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of black cherries, wood, some chocolate. Taste is mild chocolate, dark fruits, hints of alcohol. Feels full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

De cervezasespeciales. En copa Grimbergen. Jugando a Thimbleweed Park. Azucarada, con sabor a levadura belga y algo de pasas. No esta mala pero resulta monotona y aburrida.
