Definitely worth a try. Medium sweet to sweet. But overall this beer achieves a great balance.

Look: pours hazy rusty orange, thin off white head with very little lacing.
Smell: reminds me of road trips through Southern California during strawberry season. It's a beautiful strawberry aroma, very subtle floral note to me, as well as that bready malt.
Taste: very pleasant strawberry, not overwhelming or too sweet. Blends perfectly with the normal lack luster blonde ales lacking anything to stand out. The sweetness and slight acidity of strawberries blends perfectly.
Feel: lovely drinking in a California spring time during an evening BBQ. Great carbonation and nothing too heavy.
Overall: was truly surprised I enjoyed this beer as much as I did. Lovely from look all the way through mouthfeel. I applaud this experiment.

I love this beer! Wait for it each year
Aroma - Fresh, crisp, strawberries
Taste - Great strawberry flavor without tasting too fruity, can really tell that it's real fruit unlike others!
Overall - Would absolutely buy this again and enjoy it thoroughly!
Thanks Acoustic, love what you do!

Murky orange amber with a one finger off-white head, leaving a curtain of lacing.
Lightly spiced honey berry on the nose and palate.
Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Slightly tart dry finish. A bit more of those strawberries come through as it warms.
An interesting take on this style. Quite delicious!

Beautiful clear amber beer with a decent cap of foam. The delicate strawberry fragrance carries through in the taste as well. Slightly sharp with fruit. Pleasantly sudsy in the mouth with a touch of honey in the nose.
Slightly sweet, well fairly sweet but that touch of acidity helps the drinkability. This is a really good way to add some interest to a Blonde Ale. The usual flabby malt and lack of hops actually enhance the berry flavor. I don't think this is so flavored up to make it into the Fruit/Vegetable category, so that makes it a really excellent Blonde Ale.
