This craft lager harmonizes noble hops and premium malts found in North America and Europe. We did the traveling to save you the paddling. Brewed with pristine Lake Superior water, this straw colored pilsener takes on characteristics of Bohemia and Northern Germany with a touch of American inventiveness. Refreshingly crisp with a gentle floral hop aroma.

Look: Hazy gold with underdeveloped head upon pouring. However, leaves a nice film throughout.
Smell: Classic pilsner aromas from bready malt to floral and vegetal hops. As the beer warms it really smells like the inside of a brewery - rich and fresh.
Taste: Light overall but not without a nice range of flavors mirroring the aromas. mild bready maltiness mirrored by an equally subtle herbal hops bitterness. Finishes dry. Refreshing.
Feel: Light bodied with nice effervescence.
Overall: A good hot weather session pilsner with great balance. What stood out to me the most was how the aromas became more attractive as it warmed, revealing those appetizing brewery smells. I'm used to thinking of pilsners as not very good-smelling, but that's not the case for this one. My only reservation is the price, considering there are some other fine full- flavored pilsner/lagers out there that come in a bit cheaper.

Pours beautifully clear honey gold with a thick white head that reluctantly drops away leaving great lacing. Aroma is grass, biscuits and noble hops, Flavor follows the nose, a bit sweet up front, ending with a nice noble hop bite. Feel is light bodied and adequately carbonated. Overall, this is a fine American take on this style.

12oz can. Stamp on bottom reads '34923'.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. One thin finger of white head, which sustains as a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind partial horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma of sweet toasted malt and floral hops with a spice note.
Taste of toasted malts lead the way, in a sweet fashion, and then the floral and spicy hops kick in. Sweet malts continue into the aftertaste. Slight sulfur bite.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean finish. Slight tongue sting. Good carbonation.
Full of flavor and finishes tight.

Nice looking beer, good lacing for an inexpensive Pilsner. I like the lower ABV to start my nights off with on the weekends and this fits the bill better than others local to the Minneapolis area. A particular feature is its crispness. I find other lower ABV beers, Pils or otherwise, have a bit of an off-taste to them on the back end, but this was clean to the finish. I'll be buying this stuff at least through the winter.

An exceptional American Pils. Not as florally sweet as traditional Euro Pils, but a really good American representation!

4/22/21...hazy blackened gold. Fluffy white foam lid about 1/4 inch sits on top. Slight citrus nose ekes out through the grain bill. Smooth clean taste. Hayride for the mouth. Its the noble hops that nail it.

L: slight haze on a pale golden beer; thinner foamy white head
S: pilsner malt, spicy/grassy hops
T: refreshing and flavorful: hops are earthy, grassy, spicy; malt is grainy and a bit nutty
F: light-to-medium body, ample carbonation, semi-dry finish
O: I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one as I’ve only had a couple others from this brewery and it’s a difficult style to do well in my opinion…but it was good! I’d buy it again.

I got this beer off the single shelf from a beer store in La Crosse, Wisconsin. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had grass and bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with saaz hop base and subtle bitter citrus highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

16oz pour at Guavas, maybe the best restaurant in a 150 mile radius
Clear and golden with a small smattering of head that sticks around. Faint malt and grassy hops compose the smell, and translate into a bitter hop-filled pils. Very bitter for the style but still containing plenty of sweet husky wheat, as a pilsner should
Nice amount of hops here. It also satisfies my want for a good pilsner while being fresh and local: that's rare

Appearance: Pours a clouded deep golden color with a strong and sticky white head. SRM of 5. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aroma of sweet and syrupy golden malt and honey. A little resinous tropical fruit that gives notes of gasoline and sharpie. Some bready malts underneath (4.00)
Flavor: Flavor follows the nose with some light citrus, floral, and pepper upfront that is wiped away by golden, honey, malt sweetness. Strong flavor of golden malt and sweet bread. Finishes definitely sweet. (4.00)
Feel: Heavier mouthfeel. A little syrupy. Carbonation is decent but not strong enough to match the hops. A bitter astringency on the end (4.00)
Compared to Lift Bridge Mango Blonde 10/11/21: Pours a lighter color. More bread, golden malt, and bittering yeast. Less juicy mango.
Overall: This is an absolutely delicious beer. It's unique, sweet, and has a distinct ripened mango flavor. Not hoppy enough to be a German Pils. Much more sweet too. Drinks more like a hoppy American Blonde. This distinct syrupy mango flavor is worth coming back to this beer despite it not hitting the style. I don't see anyone else mentioning the syrup and mango flavor and if nobody else also mentions this I will be confused.
