Wow. What an amazing beer. Took us by surprise. Had it on tap at a small restaurant in Boston. Great hops profile. Vey smooth. Low bitterness. Well balanced.

Poured from a can into a pint glass.

Appearance: Darker Amber color and hazy with a thick beige head.

Smell: Light hops and citrus.

Mouthfeel/Taste: Smooth medium bodied. Taste of bitter hops and pine notes with a hint of citrus.

Overall: It looked a lot stronger than it was, but still a good IPA.

Good beer.. Might be higher rated.. I need to have it more times to have a definitive judgement on it.. But I like what I'm tasting ..

Tasting notes from October 22nd, 2015
Had on-tap@ Quahog Republic in Falmouth, MA

Appearance - Served up in a pint glass, this brew is hazy and a dull shade of orange with a half finger's width of off-white head. Fair retention, resulting in a thin, broken layer of surface suds. The lace is a pattern of broken webs across the sides of the glass.

Smell - Strong citrus aroma with lesser bread and caramel undertones.

Taste - Grapefruit hop bomb. Hints of floral and woody hop character. Malts are subdued, but peaks through mid-taste with a hint of caramel and lightly toasted bread. Super pithy finish that wipes out all other traces of flavor.

Mouthfeel - Medium in body with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.

Overall - It's been awhile since I've had a beer attack my tongue with ruthless bitterness like this, and I have a very high lupulin threshold; i.e. this thing is very aggressively hopped. If you're in the mood for a pure hop bomb, this will fit the bill.
