Poured on-tap and served in a tulip, the beer is a bright straw-gold coloring, hazy, with a clingy, thin, bright white head. Nose of citrus and apricot, with lemon highlights, and a subtle, resiny hops presence. Flavors of orange sweet and rich, with a biscuit backbone, pine pitch, and grassy notes. Balanced and layered. The aftertaste is exponentially bitter, with an underlying crispness that keeps the drinkability high. Smooth, medium body with an effervesced end feel and great lacing along the glass. The finish is slightly bitter and drying, cleaning the palate for continued quaffing. Very balanced, very solid beer.

A-Pours a cloudy, yet bright yellow bye. Milky and murky. Bright white head doesn't lace too much.

S-This beer apparently has a predominantly New Zealand hop profile. I love NZ hops and I enjoy the nose here. Musty, white grapey and mossy hops. Tropical hops as well with a crackery malty backing.

T-The hops are akin to the nose. Earthy and zesty hops with a mossy character and tropical notes as well. Bready maltiness. Cool hop showcase.

M-Fairly bitter. Dry. A bit warm and flat, almost like cask beer.

O/D-A pretty tasty DIPA. I was impressed and I love the hops used here. Would definitely try this again.

Very malty and thick for a DIPA, not what I was expecting. The malt backbone is overpowering, but the bitterness is somewhere in there and this is a really good looking tasty mellow beer. Great mouthfeel, great color, nice lacing, and great packaging in an aluminum "bottle" (guess that shouldn't really matter, but it does). My bottle says 8.8% versus the 7.6% listed so maybe In'Finiti is still experimenting with this one, and the extra ABV in mine might account for a little bit more sugars / malt / mouthfeel than a 7.6%.

A - Very pale gold with one finger of white head, medium fine lacing.
S - Tropical mango, papaya, lime some pale malt, a little bready.
T - Nice tropical notes, but not too sweet, good balance of malt to hops, nice dry bitterness at the end.
M - Well hidden 8% nice bitterness, very fresh and juicy.
O - Good quality double IPA, good balance, just fresh and vibrant.
