Located in a blue clapboard structure on Chandler's Wharf - more sprcifically, across from Three Dollar Dewey, this appears to be the new kid on the Portland beer scene. Here, we have beer and spirits brought together under a single roof.
The distillery can be seen as you enter; it is in a small glass-enclosed room. To the left, as you enter, is a large dimly-lit area space with a high ceiling; the long bar is to the right and behind the bar, behind glass, is the brewery; on the left, on a riser, are tables and booths for intimate dining. There seems to be some kinda maritime industrial ambience going on here. That said, one can also say that it is rather cold, sterile and aloof. There were eleven house drafts, with five being IPAs (also on tap were a helles, an oatmeal stout, an IPL and a delicious baltic porter. There were three Belgian styles). The beer was well poured, well maintained and served by an efficient server who knew her stuff. The menu was limited; however, in anticipation of shoving sausages down my gullet at Thirsty Pig (see my reveiw), I did not partake of food. The House Beers are reasonably priced between $4-6; however, they offer $2 tasters.
Neat new place. I wish it well. Note: the logo worn by the staff is a horizontal "8," which is the sign for infinity. Little knowledge, don't hate.
NOTE: This review is for Infinity - not the current iteration.

Located right near the wharves on the waterfront. Pretty large facility that houses a distillery also, small deck out back. Very long bar overlooking the brewing area. Taplist covers a wide variety of styles. Great service

Never got around to reviewing this place. Ample parking downtown with a really nice outdoor drinking area that looked out at the ocean. That was real nice. Decent offering of their own beers with good variety. The beers themselves were kind of all over the place as far as consistency and quality went. The person who was bringing out beers though was terrible. Repeatedly forgot or brought out wrong beers and took forever to get us the drinks when we were practically the only people there. On top of that he spilled two different drinks. Just..weird...and very out of place for this brewery.

Got there as they opened the doors on Saturday 2/24/18. A group of 14. No problem. The food was very quality, 4 interesting ipa's and several other selections...Kellerbier, stouts, reds etc. 6 children in the mix, no problem for the staff. Knowledable, kind, fun vibe overall. Very impressed.

Liquid Riot Bottling Company was established on the waterfront in Portland’s Old Port, just blocks from City Hall and was the location of the Portland Rum Riot, in homage to those that fought for their beverage of choice. As Maine’s first Brewery/Distillery/Resto-Bar, they take all the passion and energy of these past riots and put it into their own liquids, bottled or on draught, made fresh and locally for your enjoyment.

A cool stop on Commercial Street . We stopped in late afternoon/early evening and were able to snag a table for our party of 8. Loved the cool hangout vibe. Beer was very good with a wide variety. They also have a diverse house made spirits program but we did not try any. Service was a bit slow but the place was pretty crowded. i'd stop in anytime for a couple of beers.

Feels like a night club. We went after a late dinner and the place was dead at 11pm. Beers were hit or miss, but pretty solid overall. Real dark interior.

I just had the worst service of my life in this place. Sitting at the bar having a beer while my wife was shopping. She came in and sat down. They were busy, but not overly so. The bartender went by many times over the next ten minutes ignoring her while she tried to order a beer. When he finally brought her one she commented on the slowness of the service. He proceeded to pick up the beer and take it away. There are too many other good places in Portland to go instead of this place. It's a shame because my beer was quite good.

This is a large bar / restaurant that has a nice patio out back. Glass behind the bar shows some of the brewing and distillery equipment. About 10 beers on draft including some sours, triple IPA, and brett beers. The beers were good and well crafted. Service was very knowledgeable but it was a bit slow because this place was packed on my two visits. Overall this was a great stop and would visit again on a future trip.

Big, loud place, feels more like a nightclub than a brew pub. Had a solid selection , beers were OK. Not great, not bad. Bartender was very friendly and service was great. Probably wouldn't go back, but glad I stopped to check it out.

Have been here multiple times before the name change, had apps and beer yesterday at a high top table before a concert. Place was very crowded. The atmosphere is nice, kind of industrial and hip. They went with a style and it works. Service does a nice job making sure you get what you need even when crowded. The beer is good to so-so overall but I really enjoyed the Cannonball pale ale. Bright and easy drinking. Food has been well made and the menu has many interesting choices. Their cocktails are also top-notch and made with care and precision. I recommend the Garden Party. Distill their own spirits, which are available for purchase retail.
