Hazy golden sunset, lots of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Smell is that of a sour mimosa. The yeast provides too much of the taste for my liking, once the yeasty flavor subsides you get a strong perceived alcohol masked in sweet honey. It's underwhelming.

L: Pours brilliant amber gold with a 1” white foam cap that hugs the sides of the glass. S: Fruit and herb aromas.
T: A big dose of fruit and light malt on the palate with spice. A suggestion of cinnamon toast and nutmeg, light raisins (sultanas – the golden ones), a trace of breakfast roll flavor.
F: smooth medium body, medium low carbonation.
O: Nicely done and easy to drink.
