Thanks C!

A - Pours a hazy reddish-brown with a active-fizzy, tan head that fades fast.

S - Tart, oak, lots of red wine and barrel.

T - Tart and very oaky, nice red-wine influence, but not over-powering.

D - Lighter body with good carbonation.

O - Lots of oak and red-wine, nice tartness. Good stuff. (329 characters)

Reviewed from notes. Shared by MrBubbler at the Hermosillo for Woodshop 8.

A: Pours a hazy reddish brown with a thin white head which leaves spotty lace.

N: Funky and fruity with some vinous and oak notes.

T: Deep dark fruits with just-right sweetness, mild rustic barnyard funk. Wow.

M: Medium body and semi-moderate carbonation. Finishes with a complex vinous, oak, and fruity acidity.

O: A treat to try. Thank you for sharing. Liked it very much. (454 characters)

Poured from a 750ml bottle

A: Amber brown and mostly clear with a patchy fine white head

S: Huge cherry and wine notes with a slight tartness

T: Intense cherry and wine notes right away, pretty sour with the slight presence of a sweet malt backbone

M: So incredibly juicy

O: One of the best sours I've ever had, comparable to Supplication but with that magical De Garde quality (382 characters)
