Hazy rust color with light pink head. Aroma has fermented fruits with pits, seeds and leaves, earthy notes and some vinegar. Taste is sour, acidic, acetic, really woody with lots of fermented fruit notes. Light body, really dry. Not bad but it's way past it's prime.

I have mixed feelings about this beer. Its a good beer. But a berliner weisse? Eh, that is kinda tricky. Pours light red and purple, cool looking. No skimp on fruit here. What is head is kinda pinkish and super thin and vanishing. Aroma was fruit berries and sourness. Some dry kind of oak I guess possible.
Taste, very sour. Too sour for a berliner. I mean, I like it, but this is a wild ale. I miss the soft tones and light tartness. This is acidic AF, and tastes like burning. But it is still a good tasting burn, the berries are nice and legit Oregon in a bottle. Wheat gets dominated here. If you like 'em fruity, sour and acidic this is your jam. I liked it, but I wouldn't reach for it in berliner type situations. This one is better a little later in the day and when it is less hot.
