One special brew. I cannot really put my finger on it.
The taste is like mould and dirt mixed with youghurt. That is all I can say about this strange brew. (156 characters)

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pours remarkably viscous. Not much of a head. Very thin collar.

Smell - Weird barrel aroma. Smells like gin and white wine. Citrusy. Kinda vegetal, like green peppers, which I guess is from the Elderflowers.

Taste - Mildly tart up front. Herbal, citrusy, and green peppers. Oak. Some grassy bitterness in the back end.

Mouthfeel - Ropy. Unnecessarily thick. Viscous and low carbonation.

Overall - Something is wrong with the body. Otherwise, it's a pretty good beer. (532 characters)

A bit flat but pretty delicious. Lots of oak, somewhat like an American unblended lambic. (90 characters)
