A- A fizzy, highly carbonated, one-finger head that vanishes on the pour. Opaque - yellow body that's a bit hard to explain. Inside the house it's quite murky, but outside it popped into a beautiful tropical yellow.
S- Lemon-grass, lemon, cereal grains, yogurt, and Kiwi. No real "funk" in my book, although the lactic tartness is inviting. Sadly, the oak seems completely lost in the mix.
T- Initially it was very kiwi heavy, but as time went on some other mineral tastes came into place. Much like the aroma, with a good pucker.
M- Highly carbonated and acidic, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Reminds me of Orangina.
O- I would really love to try some more of De Garde's offerings. I think that darker fruits would play great with the base beer.
