Hazy sunrise peach-orange with a thin bubbly clear film.
The name is quite fitting, as it's floral for sure, but also has uniquely unexpected accents of Orange Julius and peach. Cherry pie, crust and all, also pepper the palate as the oaky sourness glides into a lightly milky pear character.
It's a little stinging at first and then becomes really quite potent of malic acidity, before the semi-dry finish. It has a nice carbonation, and a light body.

Appearance: Pours a honey color with a very modest head; limited lacing, as well
Smell: Quite funky, with sour cherry tones as well as an earthy element
Taste: Lactic forward, with the sour cherry flavors; funky elements develop, through the middle, with the earthy, oaky character bringing up the rear
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; quite puckery
Overall: Quite an excellent beer; shows off the capabilities of de Garde very nicely
