Had this in June 2015.
Pours an orange color, 1/4" white head. Similar to the appearance, the aroma has that unique Tillamook mixture of citrus, tangy yogurt, hay and cow pasture. The dry hopping seems to lend itself to the citrus notes.
Taste comes much like the nose, but of course there is much more sourness and acidity in the taste and mouth feel. While the aroma is more saison like, the taste is more wild ale. Nice hint of that french oak white wine spritzer with lemon and orange in it. Man they really drop as much citrus in this as just about any of their beers I've had, which is nice because while all their saison/wild ales are pretty good, sometimes they are difficult to distinguish from one another.
Mouth feel keeps it going, carbonation just right. Good drying effect, this isn't sweet. All in all, its another winner from de garde, something that is relatively affordable and drops significant quality for a good price. Another winner.

750 mL into a Duvel tulip glass
Had this sitting in the back of my fridge for the last year or two.
Copper-orange in color, a huge sudsy head quickly gives way leaving scant lacing.
Grassy, hop-forward bouquet. Coriander and lemon zest play against honeyed biscuits and a touch of funk.
More tart than expected with a lemony, lactic punch not noticed in the the nose. Zesty, grassy, but smooth with citrusy notes. Finished quick and clean for the style.
This is a pretty amazing beer given that it was a little extra hoppy for the style, which has held up well in my fridge for the last couple of years.

Pours a golden orange with a couple inches of head that fade rather quickly. Smell is all stone fruit - unripe peach, nectarine, some zippy white wine like a more acidic sauvignon blanc ... almost has a slate minerally note I'd get from some wines. Flavor deliver along with something like wild herbs or grass. Finish is round, acidity softer than many De Garde, barrel notes come through in the finish. This is excellent stuff.
