Thanks JM03 for the hookup on this one. Bomber poured into an oversized snifter. The brew appears a clouded pinkish brown with a fizzy white cap that initially stands tall but collapses quickly.
Aroma is lemony lactic with greek yogurt and wheaty cereal grains. A touch of sulfur and cherry pits.
Taste is tart and lemony lactic. Yogurt and pitted cherries fill the profile. Pleasantly earthy with a flavor similar to over-ripe cherry yet this displays no residual sugar.
Light body, effervescent carbonation. Very drinkable and enjoyable.
