A blend of neutral oak barrels containing our Imperial Berliner base, refermented with Oregon grown Apricots, Nectarine, and Peaches. Brite fruit notes coupled with a tart acidity and subtle Brett character.

Poured out as a hazy yellow color with a rapid fuzzy fading head. The smell is just very Fruity, awesome aroma. The taste of the beer is Fruity and very tart. Feels very effervescent. Overall this beer is great for the most part.

De Garde hasn't let me down yet, and this one is no exception. Tons of different fruits come through - the apricots, nectarines, and peaches are a great blend. Not particularly tart, but this beer doesnt need to be. Ton of flavor.

Looks like straight nectarine juice. Hazy but with an orange sunset peachy glow. Knocking this down for the lack of head retention. It fizzes out quite quickly and I'd like a bit more. The aroma is nectarine, peach skin, oak notes pop as it warms. A bit of a tropical mango / guava hint comes in along with a bit of vegetal funk from the brett. Flavor carries this forward - truly an orchard, occasionally exhibiting nectarine dominant flavors, occasionally softening to warm fuzzy white or donut peach. Always with the bugs and oak in the background to add depth. Moderate acidity, fruit levels, not puckering. Incredibly creamy feel, not heavy juice pulp as happens with some of the bu. Compulsively drinkable. One of the best of the bu; one of the iterations that takes it to greater heights.
