On tap at the Belmont Station tonight. This is described as a wild-fermented Saison brewed with Tempranillo grapes

Pouring a reddish amber, with the additional color probably from the grapes, there's a dense beige head that falls off to a ring leaving little lacing. The nose is interesting. I've never had a wine that has relied heavily on the Tempranillo grape, so I don't know how much of the aroma is from the grape, but it's got an intense herbal character with a strong basil, along with some leather. The base saison is a little obscured here, and the wild notes are an earthy, herbal blend of dust and a little bit of must. Some grain character is present. The palate replicates these flavors, with the most dominant characteristic being the herbal note - basil, a little bit of green pepper. Earth, leather, grape skin tannins are also present. Musty and earthy, this is an interesting beer, but one that I would not associate with a saison. Medium in body and moderately carbonated, this feels good on the palate. The finish is a blend of funk (earth), a little bit of grape and some grain. Nice stuff.
