Pours dark. Minimal scent. Mouthfeel and taste reminiscent of Bourbon County (this is a supreme compliment from me, by the way), particularly in sweetness, but not as thick.

The style is a guess as I couldn't find more information on that.
Pours a pitch black hue with a small head into my glass.
Maple, roasted malt and what could be oak are in the nose. I may be wrong on the barrel type. It certainly compliments the aroma.
Maple and semi-sweet cocoa come to mind in the taste.
Light roast and cocoa on the finish. Quite drinkable.
Worth a try and more complex than I can currently explain.
