Wild XII is highlighted with vibrant apricot, ripe peaches and honeydew aromas. The clean, smooth tartness balances a structural oak tannin and finishes with an ultra dry body.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a lightly hazy golden hue with a half finger white head that fades to leave light wisps and light halo.
S - Aromas of funky brett, presumably brett c, the tropical notes are pleasant, Nice stone fruit, raw bread dough.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Very nice tropical notes, great stone fruit too! The brett notes are excellent with great stone fruit presence. The doughy brett subsides with each sip to end up as a tropical fruit bomb.
M - Mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. Carbonation is nice, but, a bit flemmy.
O - Overall this beer was really tasty. Great brett notes here with awesome tropical stone fruit notes. Delicious.

Light fizzy head fares quickly, hazy peach orange color.
Nose nice funk, pineapple tropical, not barnyard funk, citrus tropical, little tart acidic, almost no malt, bready doughy notes, raw dough, little stone fruit.
Taste brings tart fruit, fair acidity, tart tropical fruit, Brett C pineapple tropical funk, light bready raw dough, sticky candy finish, maybe vinous like must, light acidity. Finish flemmy little tart funk, lingering tropical pineapple and citrus like.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, light carb, little tart fair acidity quite flemmy.
Overall very good.

Big nose of citrus and stone fruit. The taste has a good sour bite, probably strongest sour penrose has made. Finish is dry without a lot of lingering. Very good sour.
