Appearance - The color of the gose was a straw color with a modest white head. The carbonation left little lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma was a little more reflective of a wheat beer than a gose. I smell the wheat, but not so much salt.
Taste - At the front I notice the wheat, which is dry and crisp. The coriander adds a nice dimension to the wheat. The salt is a little more mild than I like for a gose. The wheat lingers as slightly salty and sour in the aftertaste. The profile reminds me of Dancing Man Wheat with a little salt.
Mouthfeel - The wheat allows for a nice coating on the tongue. There is a the impression of thickness.
Overall - I am really growing to love this style, and this one is pretty accessible. I am not a session beer kind of guy, but I could drink a lot of these.

On tap at Jakes in Chicago. Served in a pint glass without a head. Clear very light pale yellow in color. Not much going on in the aroma department. Hints of wheat-grainy cereal. Hints of lactic acid...but very weak. Taste is just like the aroma with a weak salt finish. Light bodied, with a zingy quality. Very low level of lactic acid.
A very simple easy to drink brew. Not a lot of character but refreshing on a hot day.

Bright orange color, medium white head. Aroma is sweet, peppery, spicy, flowery, and generally pleasant. Very likable thus far.... Taste is crisply dry, floral and spice, nice white bread malty, and well balanced. Just a touch of salt makes things interesting. No overwhelming flavors and nicely light. Perfect for Spring and very easy to drink.
