Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Lost Nation pint glass.
Pours a hazy straw-gold with a bone-white, finger-high head that dissipates in under a minute, leaving a fizzy ring of suds around the edge of the glass.
In the nose, strong lightly tart wheat and faintly sweet bready malts, lemon peel, dried coriander, and some salt.
In the mouth, lemon zest, doughy bread, crisp wheat, mild brine and candied lemon towards the back, faint pine and grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is fairly clean and crisp but a little wetter and thicker than I would have liked. The salt lends a touch of stickiness on the finish.
On the whole, an easy-going and eminently drinkable beer that nevertheless displays enough complexity and nuance to remain interesting. I could see myself drinking a lot of this over the summer.

On tap at Jakes in Chicago. Served in a pint glass without a head. Clear very light pale yellow in color. Not much going on in the aroma department. Hints of wheat-grainy cereal. Hints of lactic acid...but very weak. Taste is just like the aroma with a weak salt finish. Light bodied, with a zingy quality. Very low level of lactic acid.
A very simple easy to drink brew. Not a lot of character but refreshing on a hot day.

Bright orange color, medium white head. Aroma is sweet, peppery, spicy, flowery, and generally pleasant. Very likable thus far.... Taste is crisply dry, floral and spice, nice white bread malty, and well balanced. Just a touch of salt makes things interesting. No overwhelming flavors and nicely light. Perfect for Spring and very easy to drink.
