Taken from notes;

This light wheat coloration with a touch of amber was poured with the typical inch head. Reduced to faint whisps that lasted throughout the beer. The aroma of flowers and slight citrus tones hit the nose. While the taste is almost opposite. The citrus tones are high with faint flowers.

I had this on draught at Coopersmith's in Fort Collins, CO.
There is nothing spectacular with this beer. It is served in the british style, room temp, and that doesn't help. It's a bit bland, but that may be due to the fact that it was hand drawn & for me, that can give a 'watery' quality to a beer

Poured a medium brown color with big white head that lasted and had creamy walls of lace.

The aroma was slightly woody with earthy and herbal notes, biscuits and freshly baked bread.

The taste followed with a mild but watery taste. Nutty with woody notes, earthy elements and a slight herbal note to balance. Bitter finish.

Oveall a nicely balanced and drinkable beer.

Albert Dam Bakery? Served a modest amber color with great clarity but warm, almost room temperature. A soft fizzy head that did eventually dissipate to nothing. Limited lacing through out though.

The nose is light overall. Hard to pick up anything but hints of grainy malt. Nothing to descript. A light earthy hop note on the back end that mixes with a slight hint of yeastiness.

The taste is easier to describe. Noticeable English malt with a more earthy undertone. A minor caramel note with a noticeable DMS flavor I associate with all of Coops beers. Not as bad as some but still there. There slight kettle flavor that is boarder line bready in the finish as well. The hops are very limited but bring out enough to really balance out the malt. But light. Sometime this can be super yeasty but often its just noticeable.

The body is light with a slight sweet finish. Carbonation is light but ok for style. Overall one of their better beers but still limited for a bitter.

A: Copper in color with a small, quickly gone head. Pretty clear, but a little hazy

S: A sour nose with some earthy bitterness behind it.

T: Like the name would suggest, rather bitter, though not the flavorful bitterness one might find in a PA. Initially a bit watery, but the hops and malt kick in after a second. A tartness is present on the swallow.

M: Medium-bodied, though a thickness that sticks around for a bit.

D: Not one of my favorites at Cooper. The restaurant describes it as a session beer, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
