Color is a pretty burnt-orange. A frothy head sits atop the ale nearly the entire time. Looks beautiful, even with the teabag of hops on top. What's that you say? A small bag of hops? Indeed. And quite interesting.
Floral and citrus hops pound the nose while very subtle hints of caramel and toffee sneak in and out. Smells excellent. The little sack of hops adds a great deal of freshness to the aroma.
Taste is relatively quiet. The nitro does the hops in the ale a bit of a disservice. There's a slight presence of bitters, but other than that not too much. Caramel malts are the prevailing flavor, by far.
Feels smooth. It's pleasant, but a little carbonation does the body good.
Overall, this is a fun brew. Couldn't get over the hop sack! Not in a bad way, just so interesting.
