The interior is cozy with hard wood floors and dark walls. Brew equipment is viewable on the walk in. Beer on tap is all in-house beers spanning a wide array of styles. The beer itself is fair to great depending on the beer itself. The staff is friendly and helpful in recommending beers. The food is the highlight here though, with the benefit of the beer being that it's made in house.

Vibe - hoping place for lunch on a Saturday. Small patio, indoor bar, plenty of seating. A mix of locals, visitors and CSU college students. They also have a bar and pool hall in a separate building next door!
Quality - had the English style ipa, which was good, not great. I’ll get to the food later, but that definitely increases the overall quality of the joint!
Service - it was fairly busy, but we never felt that the service was lacking. Staff was helpful and friendly!
Selection- offerings to please everyone, they even had home brewed ginger ale and root beer, which my kids got a kick out of!
Food - some creative offerings without being over the top and too cute for their own good. I had a breaded/fried butterfly pork tenderloin with beer sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, and it was amazing!
Overall - fun, energetic place with good food and decent beer!

This was the first brewery I ever visited in FC. It is solid. The beers are ok, and the foods are good. I'm not sure if they source anything locally though. Service has always been solid. It is family friendly. I recommend checking out.

Old school brewery in downtown FC. Checked it out primarily because they had food.
Vibe is large, college town brewpub vibe. Busy, but not overly so on a Saturday night.
Quality of beers was ok, felt like "chain quality", nothing bad, but kind of boring. I did have an IPA with a "hop tea bag" which was certainly unique, but still didn't wow me. They did have a nice selection of beers on tap though.
Service was pedestrian and chain like. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable or great.
Food was just like the service, decent, but forgettable.
Overall? Meh... I didn't dislike this place, but I didn't particularly like it either.

This place is massive. So big I couldn't really figure out which half of the building to enter. The beers were all solid to good. The service was good. I really enjoyed the food. Very tasty.

I would say that this is one of the nicest stops I've made, if for nothing else, for the atmosphere. I wound up hanging out with several of the employees for hours, each of them knowledgeable on beer, pleasant to be around, and just generally good people. Colorado has been damn good to me, and I plan to come back to everywhere, CO as much as possible.
Beers were great, enjoyed their chili beer (really getting into this style!) and enjoyed everything I had there (samplers, glasses, tastes, everything). Watermelon beer! Yeah!
Viva Colorado!
