Coopersmith's is located in the historic old town of Fort Collins. It is essentially 2 large buildings. The brewpub/ dining area is where I spent my time, but they do have a large pool and rec area.
At first glance I was very impressed. They have been in business since 1989, so they know what they are doing. They have a very diverse selection of beers. Eveything from Lagers (Kolsch) to Belgain Kreik. I was also able to try their hard "scrumpy" cider, which I really enjoyed. They have 3 beers on engine that seemed to be very popular.
If I had to knock anything it would be the beers themselves. The Hefe was off, as it has some musty odors. The Kreik had tobacco and phenolic flavors that I wasn't expecting.
Overall, this place is a great place..but you may need to dial in on what beers you like. I would not hesitate to reccomend this place to anyone in the Fort Collins area.

I would say that this is one of the nicest stops I've made, if for nothing else, for the atmosphere. I wound up hanging out with several of the employees for hours, each of them knowledgeable on beer, pleasant to be around, and just generally good people. Colorado has been damn good to me, and I plan to come back to everywhere, CO as much as possible.
Beers were great, enjoyed their chili beer (really getting into this style!) and enjoyed everything I had there (samplers, glasses, tastes, everything). Watermelon beer! Yeah!
