We visited this place for dinner after the New Belgium tour and tasting evening. Walking in there is actually a choice of the pool room area or dining room area across a small walkway. We went into the dinner area. A hostess stand greats you with some paraphenalia for sale in a glass case. We were told about 30 min wait so we ordered some beers at the bar. The decor is lots of light colored wood and otherwise typical brewpub setup. Long rectangular bar with 15 stools or so. Bartender is very friendly and the beer selection of house beers is great. Dunkelweizen, chili beer, kriek, bourbon stout, and about 8 others. Quite nice. I orderd the dunkel which I will review later. The beers are served in a variety of sizes from 5 -16 oz. The bar area has a few tall table chair combos. there are multiple dining tables away from the bar as well. We were seated and the menu is pub grub, with some english slant to the food. I had beef brisket and garlic mashers. MMMM YUMMY! This food was great and the serving size was rather monstrous. I was very satisfied with the food. Seems like everyone in our group was also happy. I also split the veggie platter with the table as an app. Very fresh veggies.
The service was very friendly and helpful with selections.
There is a kind of self guided tour of the brewery jsut downstairs from the hostess station.
This place is a MUST HIT if going to New Belgium. Shoot I would go back just to stop here again. A very nice spot for beer and food!
