On draught at The Bier Stein, appearence is a hazy straw gold with a small white head leaving sticky lace.
Smell is hoppy, dank, some sweetness. Citrus develops as it warms.
Taste is initially very skunky, hops like pot. But the wit transitions in with a delicously clean and sweet taste from the cereals. More ester than spices, but the fruity citrus plays well with the skunk.
Mouthfeel is light and dry, fully carbonated, resinous.
Drinkability is high, one of the better BIPA's I've had. The fruit ester and west coast hops really play nice with the base wit grains.

22 oz bottle from "Lifesource" in Salem OR. $4.99 Says its a "White IPA" and is now 5.5% alc. Pours a bright, light yellow..its slightly hazy and with a nice sized rocky/bubbly white head. Spicy aroma..lemon zest, clementines and a touch of floral hop. Taste is semi sour lemon, floral hop and light coiriander..Works! Mouth feel is light and refreshing and finishes mostly dry. LIked this one..more of a wit then a WIPA..very tasty

Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a very light pale yellow color, hazy, and bright white fluffy head that left chunky lace.
S- Mostly coriander and pepper, some wheat notes, lightly floral.
T- Very spice forward of coriander and pepper, wheat, some light lemon notes, and some floral notes.
M- Very dry, refreshing, medium body, and prickly carbonation.
O- A very refreshing witbier, I don't get much hop character for a Belgian IPA. Seemed like a more traditional spice-forward witbier.
