Notes/Commercial Description:
Ten Ninety Imperial Wit is highly versatile and compelling. Our Imperial Wit has a body and alcohol level typical of many table wines, with a drying acidity, lighter body, and notes of orange peel and coriander.

Hazy sunny orange color, moderate clarity for a wit oddly enough. Soapy lace around the edges and a wispy skim across the surface. Thin ring of foam after a few minutes.

Bubblegum and coriander aroma, yeast and spice dominate.

Medium bodied, moderately spicy with a hint of coriander and lots of clove esters. Booze is fairly apparent from the start. Fairly smooth wheaty feel. Nice attempt at the style, though its a one and done. Jan De Lichte is still my favorite big witbier.

Simply one of the top 10 beers I've ever had. There is a sweetness that mellows the traditional Wit flavor - almost like an oak-aged whiskey. I actually didn't feel the high ABV like in other beers, went down very smooth.

Don't get hung-up because this doesn't taste like Hoegaarden, this is an awesome wit that brings a little something extra to the table. Good on a summer day or when you're hiding out from a blizzard.

Great wit flavors mix well with the honey for a slightly apricot/orange flavor, and an ABV that will make the Belgians take notice.
