The selection of craft brews can't be beat (except maybe they run out of something your heart is set upon darnit). Great food; brand new place and the service needs to be ironed out a bit; TV's surround the eatery area; 3 of us spent 4 hours there with beers and food we totaled out at less than $150 which is outstanding; a likely candidate to be one of my favorite local joints!! (381 characters)

I've hit The Pour House enough times when I'm home to visit that it's rapidly becoming a 'go to' place when I'm in town (this or Victory... both great places). They always have a killer beer list... great variety in Brewers and styles, and they even get some awesome Belgians and other foreign beers on tap. Last time we visited we had Unibrou's Le Fin du Monde, Jolly Pumpkin's Baudelaire IO, and Pizza Boy's Sunny Side Up. Just a great selection. Nice ambiance with ample seating... which doesn't prevent it from filling up fast on nights/weekends. Decent food (go with the pub stuff... burgers, nachos, etc.). Just a great place to have in town. (657 characters)

Food is slightly rising from last time I was there. I miss their Thai Curry wings (all other wings are sticky and syrupy) and their Fall Harvest salad. Beer selection is great. Sit at the bar if you can. The waitresses at the table don't come NEARLY enough. You will only get 2 beers during your meal. The other HUGE difference between here and places like Two Stones or Victory is that the waitresses and even bar tenders know NOTHING about the beer they are selling. (468 characters)

This place is hit or miss for me. I got a really old Daisy Cutter here which rubbed me the wrong way. The date was gone and the hops went with it. They occasionally get really nice stuff, but for the most part it's just ok. Wednesdays buck a shuck oysters are a good deal. There's a mixed crowd who are for the most part not too friendly. I feel like I stepped back into high school with the clicky, catty crowd. Can't win em all. (430 characters)

Great place to go try some new brews. Place was hopping on a Friday night but was still quiet enough to have a conversation. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definately go back again to try some different beers. I did not have any food this time, but what I saw going to other tables looked to be above average bar type foods. (339 characters)

Quite a large and impressive selection of craft brews....

This place would be better if a) it didn't look like every other run of the mill bar, b) the staff actually knew about the selections they had. Being a straight gal, I don't give two sh*ts about how pretty the staff is - I want them to make suggestions and be enthusiastic about the beer! and c) maintain up-to-date menu's - I don't want a beer menu with things that have been kicked! We had a table of 7 and all but one of us had something ordered that was kicked. My boyfriend had to get online to see what was current on tap! (587 characters)

I agree with Waterczar's review. The staff seemed to be hired more for their appearance, than their ability or beer knowledge. The food was hit and miss, the sandwiches we had were excellent but the app, was...eh. Our waitress forgot my Sculpin, which I had to remind her about and while we were waiting for a table the barmaid poured my wife's triple in a pint rather than a 10 oz. The selection on tap made me happy as well as their video listing, which was similar to TJ's having the Hair of a Dog collaboration conflux on their bottle list gave me confidence that their shortcomings will be addressed, after all they just opened last week. I will change this review , hopefully for the better when I stop there again in a month or two. (739 characters)
